Packets can be picked up at the Meet hotel on Friday (10/09) evening from 7:00PM to 9:00PM.

The meet entries with bib numbers for the athletes are now posted, get them here.

Race Assignments have been posted (Please read the warning before viewing the assignments).

Please view the accepted teams page to see if your team has been accepted, there are two links (one for normal entry accepted teams and one for late entry accepted teams).

Please check the maps to see where you are allowed to setup your tent on race day. The interactive map at the bottom of the course maps page details the course over satellite imagery.

The course maps for 2009 have been updated, be aware of the changes in policy as well as that the Freshmen and Intermediate Races are 1.25 miles in length.

Meet registration is now open, please check the overdue list before entering.

Hotel Information:
The Teaneck Marriott at Glenpointe in New jersey will be the Host Hotel For The 2009 Reebok Manhattan Cross Country Invitational there will be special rates available. Coaches will be able to make reservations online from the link attached. The room rate will be $109.00 per night plus taxes (occupancy 4 per room) these special rates are from October 8 – October 11, 2009.

Packet pick-up will be available at the hotel on Friday, October 9, 2009. Reebok merchandise for the meet will be available for purchase as well.

More information will be added to the web site regarding the hotel headquarters as we get closer to the meet.

August 17 – Registration Opens
September 24 – Registration Closes at normal fees
September 26 – Meet Re-Opens at Late Entry Fee
September 28 – Deadline for receipt of hard entries
October 2 – Meet totally closes
October 10 - Day of Meet

Fees for 2009:
$28.00 – regular team entry
$5.00 – regular Intermediate entry
$40.00 – late team entry
$7.50 – late intermediate entry
