Results – In the event that you feel that there is an error in the Results (team and/or individual) of any race, the Help Desk will be able to sort out any discrepancy. There will be a charge of $10.00, payable in cash, before any investigation is made.
If the Meet has made the error, the fee will be returned. If it is a coach’s error, the $10.00 fee will not be returned.
Example: Runner “A” from your school is listed as having finished in 29th place and you have the runner finishing in 27th place. After review, it is determined that you are correct, Runner “A” will be put in the correct scoring position and your team scoring will be changed.
Roster – The final date for roster changes and corrections is October 2, 2009 at Noon (EDT). After that time, the only changes to the roster can be made on the day of the Meet at a cost of $10.00 per change or addition to your roster. For example, if your final roster shows 7 athletes, but you have forgotten to list 3 runners, the total charge for the addition of those runners will be $30.00. This fee will be payable in cash only before any change is made.
If, on the other hand, you have entered 7 athletes on your final roster and we have only included 6 Bib numbers in your packet, there will be no charge for the additional Bib number.
If you want to substitute an un-entered athlete for an entered athlete, there is a $10.00 charge for each such change.
There will be no exceptions to this policy.
Note: The Help Desk is also the place where any protests are to be filed.
